Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns in brand-new, unused condition are accepted for refund of purchase price only (minus shipping cost).

Q: Do you combine shipping on ebay orders?
A: Yes. However, because our products are custom-made, we require immediate payment via PayPal. Using this feature does not allow for combined shipping functionality. However, if for example you were to purchase 2 t-shirts and a sweatshirt, we will combine all orders into one shipment and refund all overages in the shipping costs.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We ship out within 3 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS of your order, depending on the quantity of items purchased. Very large orders may take longer, which we will communicate ship out details to you as they become known.

Q: Can you rush an item?
A: Yes, depending on whether or not we have your requested garment on hand. Simply email us your request and we will let you know right away if we can accommodate your need. We'll then invoice you for a $10 rush charge per item to move your order to the top of our production queue. If you need overnight shipping you may also request FedEx for an extra fee.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping and Handling on most orders is around $6 to $10, depending on the number of items you have ordered. Please keep in mind that all shipping charges nationally have increased, and these rises in shipping costs are beyond our control. If, however, there is ever an overcharge in shipping, we will promptly reimburse you with a refund of the overcharge via PayPal.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We use USPS International Priority Mail for worldwide shipping. We also make UPS available for shipments to Canada.

Q: Why are your products better than other retro logo shirts?
A: We use top-quality name brand garments, and produce each one to order giving it meticulous personal attention. We have very high quality control standards and make sure each product is worth the price. Additionally, we have spent hundreds of hours researching and recreating extinct, retro logos while paying extreme attention to detail.

Q: Are the logos on your garments trademarked?
A: No. Unlike some other sellers, we only produce logos that are extinct, and their trademark rights have been terminated. We WILL NEVER infringe upon any trademark rights. If it comes to our attention that a logo is actually registered, we will discontinue that product, or secure licensing to legally sell it.

Q: Will you be selling current pro logo merchandise?
A: We hope to secure licensing with the NHL, NBA, NFL, and others in order to produce top-quality pro league merchandise.

Q: Why print direct-to-grament rather than silk screen?
A: Digital printing uses state of the art technology to print images directly to the garment. It provides excellent image durability and wash fastness, and provides a soft, breathable image feel. Additionally, we produce each shirt to order, saving silk screen costs for large runs of product that may or may not ever sell.

Q: There is a retro logo I would like on a shirt...can you do it?
A: If the logo is not trademarked, then the answer is yes. Simply contact us and we will recreate the logo and make the garments available in our store. We welcome all requests and suggestions for logos or garment types. Though not every request can be accommodated, we will always try our best.

Q: What is your exchange policy?
A: For even exchanges (for sizing issues) simply ship the product back to us in brand-new condition, and we will invoice you for shipping only to return a new shirt promptly. Because our products are made-to-order, exchanges will also ship within 10 business days of receipt of your original order returned to us.

Q: Do you offer custom orders for my own logo?
A: Yes, please inquire about custom orders for your own local amateur sports team, as long as the logo is not trademarked (or you have permission to use it). We can also put names and numbers on shirt backs as requested. Inquire for a quote.

Q: Do you put a Sports Retro logo tag on all of your items?
A: None of our shirts bear our brand logo. All caps have our Sports Retro logo embroidered on the back.
